1. Order Processing Time
All our products are made-to-order, which means we begin production after receiving your order and payment. Here’s what to expect:

Processing Time: Orders typically take 7-10 business days to complete, depending on the complexity of the design. Larger or more intricate orders may take longer, and we’ll notify you if there are any expected delays.
Rush Orders: If you need your order sooner, contact us before placing your order to discuss rush processing and expedited shipping options (additional charges may apply).
2. Shipping Time & Carriers
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped through one of our trusted carriers, which may include USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Shipping times depend on your location:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days within the United States.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days (available upon request).
Shipping times do not include the time needed to produce your order.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Any available shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be automatically applied at checkout.

4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. International shipping times and rates vary based on the destination. Please note that you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. Dabz Printshoppe is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs. If your order is delayed beyond the expected shipping window, please contact us, and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. Dabz Printshoppe is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping addresses. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address information, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
