Wrong Order: If we sent the wrong item or there was a mistake with your order, let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll correct the issue at no additional cost.

We do not offer size exchanges on custom-made products. Please ensure that all sizes and details are accurate when placing your order. If you're unsure about sizing or have any questions, reach out to us before making your purchase.

3. Process for Returns
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Provide Proof: We may ask for a photo of the item if it’s damaged or defective so we can assess the situation.
Resolution: Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll either send a replacement, issue a refund, or provide further instructions.

4. Refunds
Refunds for damaged or incorrect items will be processed within 5-7 business days after we’ve confirmed the issue. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
